Lite naturell yoghurt till som s\u00e5s.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kombinationen \u00e4r inget s\u00e4rskilt matkoncept, utan det som l\u00e5g n\u00e4rmast i kyl och skafferi. Man st\u00e5r sig f\u00f6rv\u00e5nansv\u00e4rt bra p\u00e5 tempeh som \u00e4r proteinrikt.\u00a0En del tycker att det har en tydligt fermenterad smak; jag f\u00f6r min del k\u00e4nner inte det. Men det liknar kyckling i strukturen och har en egen lite mustig smak.
