Fantastiskt fint! Kanske lite tr\u00f6gt med en l\u00e4ngre str\u00e4cka efter att ha sprungit enbart kortare rundor hela vintern p\u00e5 grund av s\u00e5nt som m\u00e5nga minusgrader och sn\u00f6. Men man f\u00e5r anpassa sig efter hur det k\u00e4nns. Det finns ingen anledning att g\u00f6ra ett motionspass till en pl\u00e5gsam upplevelse f\u00f6r att man pressar sig till max.
