En stapelvara som s\u00e4ljs p\u00e5 gatan och p\u00e5 alla restauranger. I dag blev det en version av Pho till lunch. I den h\u00e4r hade jag kanelst\u00e5ng, svartpepparkorn, vitpepparkorn, stj\u00e4rnanis, kardemummakapslar, kryddnejlika, kryddpeppar och korianderfr\u00f6n. Inneh\u00e5llet i soppan \u00e4r annars , morot, savoyk\u00e5l, purjol\u00f6k och paprika. Som helhet blev det riktigt gott!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I normalfallet har man f\u00e4rsk koriander eller thaibasilika p\u00e5, men jag tog bladpersilja. Det brukar ocks\u00e5 ing\u00e5 n\u00e5got protein, oftast n\u00f6t eller tofu, men det har jag inte heller, utan det blev rej\u00e4lare mat vid en senare m\u00e5ltid i st\u00e4llet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Aktivitet<\/strong><br \/>En l\u00f6prunda i skogen. -11 grader i dag med. Men det var vackert, solsken och sn\u00f6 som ligger kvar p\u00e5 tr\u00e4den. Det blir mer springande \u00e4n vanligt nu d\u00e5 gym och simhallar \u00e4r coronast\u00e4ngda.
